CFMN Nurse License Plates

The Center for Missouri Nurses (CFMN), a nonprofit working to promote the future of nursing, seeks to build camaraderie among and visibility of nurses in our state and is sponsoring a specialty license plate celebrating Missouri nurses.

"Nurses Save Lives" license plates are available to anyone in Missouri…
Family of nurses, friends of the nursing profession, nursing students or recent grads!

Choose $25 for single year license plate registration, and $50 for biennial registration.

Upon completing your online donation, we will email you an emblem use authorization statement, and Form 1716 as required by the Missouri Department of Revenue. You will be required to fill these out, and mail to the Missouri DOR, along with a check for $15 ($30 for two-year renewals). The donation amount does not cover the required $15 ($30 for two-year renewals), or any other registration fees required by and made payable to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
